That was this gen. I played thousands of games that were not on Blu-ray. Something being needed and making things better are different.
People complained they removed it. Now people complain that they removed it and should have never had it. Like I said before if you hate M$ you will find a reason to complain. If the xbox one had 1000 exclusives, 12 gigs of ram, a 2 TB HDD, No Kinect, Free online, and Free games you guys would still complain.

The DS3 is too light IMO. That is great news.
I gave man hands so I like man sized controllers. The xbox 360 controller is great, but has a terrible d-pad. The PS3 controller as a great d-pad. I have not used a DS4 or a xbone controller, but it looks like both companies have made improvements.
M $ cannot please some people. If you hate m $ then why bother reading news about m$ and the xbox. I can count maybe two games from the free PS+ that was even worth $5, and they are not mine to keep they are a rental. If Sony or m$ was to ship me a disc that I can keep then we would be talking about something exciting. Xbox live > PS+ with or without these fake free games.
As if the free PS + games are mega hits. You can only expect to see gamea that rerail for $20 to be on any free list.
Some fish are smart. COD usually has a better SP b ut BF shines in MP.
Some people will never be happy. I perfer xbox live to psn, and I perfer the xbox controller to the ps controller. DRM was holding me back, but I will get X1 as soon as it cost $ 400.

The update can come on the game disc. It does not have to be from the internet right? They can have dev add code sequence to the game on start up?
Heck no. Even the 360 is overpriced. The 360 launched at $400 and now it's $300. That must be the first console in history to only drop 25% from the original price.
Xbox one had a better showing. The PS4 price and no DRM killed M$. I'm still more interested in Xbox one games and online, but I refuse to get one because of DRM.
